This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all bookings and payments made through the quicneed mobile
application, website, and related platforms (collectively, the "Platform").
quicneed ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") operates an on-demand service company through which customers may discover, schedule, purchase, manage, and receive household assistance, domestic support, cleaning, maintenance, and related services through the Platform. Services are delivered through employees, authorised personnel, representatives, or other individuals designated by quicneed in accordance with its operational requirements and service standards.
This Policy explains the circumstances under which bookings may be cancelled, the conditions for refunds, and the rights
and responsibilities of customers in relation to cancellations and payments. It should be read together with quicneed's
Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of your use of the Platform.By placing a booking or making a payment through quicneed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to
this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
quicneed reserves the right to amend or update this Policy from time to time in accordance with applicable law. Any
revised version will become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified.
quicneed offers different categories of services through its Platform. The cancellation and refund rules applicable to a
booking may vary depending on the type of service selected.
Instant Services are services intended to be delivered immediately or within a short period after booking. These
services are generally assigned to a quicneed employee soon after confirmation.
Scheduled Services are bookings made for a future date and time selected by the customer.
Recurring or Subscription Services are services booked on a regular basis, such as weekly, monthly, or other recurring
schedules, under a subscription or service plan offered by quicneed.
For Scheduled Services, the following cancellation terms apply:

If quicneed is unable to fulfill the booking due to employee unavailability or operational reasons, the customer will be
offered either:
Customers may cancel an individual session within a recurring plan without charge if the cancellation is made at least
3 hours before the scheduled start time.Cancellations made with less than 3 hours' notice, or failure to be present for the scheduled session, may result in
forfeiture of the session fee or a cancellation charge equal to the session cost.
Customers may terminate a recurring or subscription plan at any time.

If quicneed cancels a booking due to employee unavailability, operational constraints, technical issues, safety
concerns, or any other reason attributable to quicneed, the customer shall be entitled to one of the following remedies,
at quicneed's discretion or as chosen by the customer where offered:
Refunds for Instant Services may be approved in the following circumstances:
Refund eligibility for Scheduled Services shall be determined in accordance with the cancellation timelines specified in
Section 2 of this Policy.
Where applicable, refunds will be processed based on the timing of cancellation and the circumstances of the booking.
For recurring or subscription plans:
Where a booking has been paid for wholly or partly using promotional codes, coupons, discounts, cashback offers, or
service credits:
Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the booking. The actual time
required for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or
payment gateway.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by quicneed, Services that have been fully performed and completed shall generally not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Requests relating to service quality, property damage, billing disputes, or other concerns shall be reviewed in accordance with quicneed's applicable policies and procedures.
Where a refund is approved by quicneed, it will generally be initiated within 7 to 14 business days. Refunds will
ordinarily be credited to the original payment method used for the booking unless otherwise required by law or agreed by
quicneed.
The actual time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer,
UPI provider, or payment gateway.
Any request relating to cancellations, refunds, payment disputes, or service-related concerns should be raised with
quicneed within 2 (Two) days from the completion, cancellation, or scheduled date of the relevant service.
Claims submitted after this period may still be reviewed at quicneed's discretion but may not be eligible for refund or
other remedies.
quicneed reserves the right to refuse refunds, suspend accounts, restrict future bookings, or take other appropriate
action where it reasonably believes that a customer has:
quicneed shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services where such events arise due
to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
