Welcome to quicneed. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the quicneed mobile

application, website (if applicable), and all related features, products, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and any additional guidelines

or policies that may be published by quicneed from time to time. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge

that these documents form part of this agreement and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between quicneed (referred to as "quicneed", "we", "our", or "us")

and every person who accesses or uses the Platform ("you", "your", or "User"). If you use the Platform on behalf of

another individual, business, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their

behalf.

By creating an account, browsing the Platform, booking a service, making a payment, or otherwise using any part of the

Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision

of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

You further represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to bind

that entity to these Terms.

quicneed reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon

publication on the Platform, and your continued use of the Services after such publication constitutes your acceptance

of the revised Terms.

Definitions

1. Services

1.1 Platform and Services

quicneed operates an on-demand service platform through which Users may discover, schedule, purchase, manage, and receive Services through the mobile application and other channels authorised by quicneed from time to time.

The Services offered through the Platform may include household assistance, domestic support, cleaning, maintenance, organisational assistance, caregiving support, preparation services, on-demand assistance, scheduled services, hourly services, and such other Services as may be introduced, modified, expanded, restricted, suspended, or discontinued by quicneed from time to time.

Services are delivered through employees, authorised personnel, representatives, or other individuals designated by quicneed in accordance with its operational requirements and service standards.

1.2 Service Offerings

The Services offered through quicneed may include household assistance, domestic support, cleaning, maintenance, organisational assistance, caregiving support, preparation services, on-demand assistance, scheduled services, hourly services, and such other service offerings as may be introduced, modified, expanded, restricted, suspended, or discontinued by quicneed from time to time in its sole discretion.

1.3 Service Delivery

quicneed provides Services through its employed, engaged, authorised, or assigned personnel ("Maids") in accordance with its operational standards, policies, procedures, and service requirements. The Company undertakes reasonable efforts to recruit, onboard, verify, train, allocate, and manage Maids for the purpose of delivering Services through the Platform.

The Company may assign, replace, reassign, reschedule, or withdraw any Maid at its sole discretion where required for operational, safety, quality assurance, scheduling, compliance, or service-related reasons.

While quicneed strives to maintain consistent service standards and customer satisfaction, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Services, availability of any specific Maid, completion within any estimated timeframe, or any particular outcome arising from the use of the Services.

Customers acknowledge that service performance may be affected by circumstances including location conditions, access restrictions, customer instructions, environmental factors, availability of personnel, safety considerations, Force Majeure events, and other factors beyond the Company's reasonable control.

The Company reserves the right to establish, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any Service, service category, feature, process, operational requirement, or service standard from time to time without liability, subject to applicable law.

1.4 Personal Use

The Platform is intended for lawful personal or business use only. Users must not misuse the Platform or use it for

fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

1.5 Communications

By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from quicneed through phone calls, SMS messages, emails, WhatsApp messages, in-app notifications, push notifications, or any other lawful communication channel made available by you.

Such communications may relate to bookings, payments, invoices, service updates, service reminders, customer support, account verification, security alerts, fraud prevention, operational matters, policy updates, legal notices, promotional offers, marketing communications, and other information relating to the Platform or Services.

You acknowledge and agree that certain communications may be necessary for the provision of Services, account administration, security, compliance, and operational purposes and may continue to be sent notwithstanding any preference settings applicable to promotional communications.

1.6 Verification Requirements

quicneed may request identity verification, address confirmation, or other relevant information where necessary to

process bookings, ensure security, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraudulent activity.

1.7 Booking Acceptance

Submission of a booking request does not guarantee confirmation. quicneed reserves the right to accept, reject,

reschedule, or cancel any booking based on worker availability, serviceability of the location, operational limitations,

safety concerns, suspected misuse, or other legitimate business reasons.

1.8 Changes to Services

quicneed may introduce new services, modify existing offerings, revise pricing, suspend certain features, or discontinue

specific services at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the

updated services.

1.9 Pricing

Service charges are determined solely by quicneed and may vary based on factors including the type of Service, location, duration, complexity of work, availability of personnel, demand, urgency, operational requirements, applicable taxes, promotional offers, peak periods, service conditions, or other business considerations determined by quicneed from time to time.

The pricing displayed on the Platform at the time of booking shall generally apply to the relevant booking unless additional Services, materials, time, resources, or work beyond the original scope are requested or required.

The final payable amount, together with any applicable taxes, fees, surcharges, or additional charges, shall be displayed to the User before order confirmation whenever reasonably practicable.

1.10 Service Areas

Services are available only in locations where quicneed operates. The Company may expand, reduce, or modify its service

coverage areas without prior notice and does not guarantee availability in every location.

2. Eligibility to Use the Services

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

By accessing or using quicneed, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the

legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using the Platform on

behalf of a business or other legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.

2.2 Compliance with Applicable Laws

You agree to use the Platform and its services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws,

rules, and regulations in India. You shall not use quicneed in any manner that infringes the rights of quicneed, its

employees, other users, or any third party.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account, making a booking, or

communicating with quicneed. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or

termination of your account and cancellation of any pending bookings.

2.4 Right to Refuse Access

quicneed reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform or its services if it reasonably

believes that a user is ineligible, has violated these Terms, has provided false information, or has engaged in

unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent conduct.

3. Account Creation and User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of quicneed or book services through the Platform, you may be required to create an account.

During registration, you may be asked to provide information including, but not limited to, your full name, mobile

number, location, and any other details reasonably required for identity verification, security, or compliance with

applicable laws.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to

promptly update your account information whenever there is any change to ensure its continued accuracy.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any passwords or one-time

verification codes associated with your account. You must immediately notify quicneed if you suspect any unauthorized

access, misuse, or security breach involving your account.

3.4 Responsibility for Account Activity

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account, whether performed by you or by someone using

your credentials with or without your permission. quicneed shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your

failure to safeguard your account information, except where required by applicable law.

3.5 Communications

By creating an account or using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from quicneed relating to bookings,

payments, invoices, service reminders, customer support, security notifications, account updates, and promotional or

marketing messages where permitted by applicable law. You may opt out of promotional communications where such an option

is provided, but you will continue to receive essential service and transactional communications.

3.6 Suspension or Termination of Accounts

quicneed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that contains false information, is used for

fraudulent or unlawful purposes, violates these Terms, or poses a risk to the Platform, its employees, or other users.

4. Bookings

4.1 Placing a Booking

The Platform enables users to request and schedule services based on availability, location, and preferred time slots.

To place a booking, you must provide accurate information requested during the booking process. quicneed will use

reasonable efforts to assign a suitable worker and fulfill the booking at the selected time.

4.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking request is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted by quicneed and, where applicable, the

required payment has been successfully completed. Confirmation may be communicated through the mobile application, SMS,

email, WhatsApp, or push notification.

4.3 Worker Assignment

quicneed will assign one or more employees or authorized service personnel to perform the requested service. The

assigned worker may change due to operational requirements, availability, emergencies, or other business reasons without

affecting the validity of the booking.

4.4 Rescheduling and Unavailability

If quicneed is unable to provide the requested service at the selected time, we may contact you to reschedule the

appointment or, where necessary, cancel the booking and process any applicable refund in accordance with our

Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4.5 Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate booking details and ensuring that our workers have safe and timely access to

the service location. This includes obtaining any required entry permissions, providing correct addresses, ensuring

reasonable access to the premises, and informing quicneed in advance of any circumstances that may affect service

delivery.

4.6 Delays Caused by Customer

If service delivery is delayed or prevented due to incorrect information, restricted access, absence of the customer,

unsafe conditions, or any circumstance within your control, quicneed reserves the right to reschedule the booking,

charge additional fees where applicable, or cancel the service.

4.7 Service Duration

Any estimated arrival times or service completion times displayed on the Platform are approximate and provided for

convenience only. Actual timings may vary due to traffic, weather, operational conditions, previous appointments, or

unforeseen circumstances.

4.8 Pricing Adjustments

If the actual work requested differs materially from the original booking or requires additional time, labor, materials,

or resources, quicneed may inform you of revised charges before proceeding with the additional work. No additional

charge will be applied without your consent where such consent is required by law.

4.9 Right to Refuse Service

quicneed reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate a service if the service location is unsafe, illegal

activities are observed, abusive behavior is directed toward our employees, or circumstances arise that may jeopardize

the safety of our workers or the successful completion of the service.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Service Charges

By booking a service through quicneed, you agree to pay the fees displayed on the Platform at the time of booking.

Charges may include the service fee, applicable taxes, platform or convenience fees, material costs (where applicable),

and any additional charges clearly disclosed before confirmation.

5.2 Payment Methods

Payments may be made using payment methods supported by quicneed, including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking,

digital wallets, or any other payment option made available on the Platform.

5.3 Taxes

All prices displayed on the Platform are subject to applicable taxes under Indian law unless expressly stated otherwise.

5.4 Booking Confirmation and Payment

For services requiring advance payment, a booking will be confirmed only after successful payment authorization or

receipt of funds. If a payment fails or is reversed, quicneed may cancel or suspend the booking until payment is

successfully completed.

5.5 Dynamic Pricing

Service prices may vary depending on factors such as location, demand, service category, time of booking, urgency,

promotional offers, or operational requirements. The final payable amount will be displayed before you confirm your

booking.

5.6 Price Revisions

quicneed reserves the right to revise service pricing at any time. However, any confirmed booking will generally be

charged based on the price shown and accepted at the time of confirmation unless additional work is requested by the

customer.

5.7 Additional Charges

If additional services, materials, or work beyond the original booking are required, quicneed will inform you of any

extra charges before proceeding wherever reasonably practicable.

5.8 Refunds

Payments made through the Platform are subject to quicneed's Cancellation and Refund Policy. Refunds, where approved,

will generally be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking and payment

partner timelines.

5.9 Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways or financial institutions. quicneed is not

responsible for delays, technical failures, or errors attributable to such payment providers, although we will make

reasonable efforts to assist in resolving payment-related issues.

5.10 Failed Payments and Chargebacks

If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or later found to be unauthorized or fraudulent, quicneed reserves the

right to recover the outstanding amount, cancel the associated booking, suspend the user's account, or take other

appropriate action permitted by law.

5.11 Off-Platform Payments

To ensure security and proper record keeping, customers should make all payments only through the official quicneed

Platform unless expressly authorized by quicneed. The Company shall not be responsible for disputes, losses, or claims

arising from payments made outside the Platform or directly to any employee or representative without authorization.

5.12 Invoices

Where applicable, quicneed may issue invoices or payment receipts electronically. Users may also request a copy of their

invoice by contacting quicneed's customer support through the official channels provided on the Platform.

6. Customer Conduct

6.1 Respectful Behaviour

Customers are expected to treat quicneed employees, representatives, support staff, and other users with courtesy,

dignity, and respect at all times. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, threats, intimidation, or violent

behaviour will not be tolerated.

6.2 Non-Discrimination

Customers shall not discriminate against quicneed employees or representatives on the basis of race, religion, caste,

nationality, ethnicity, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, or any other characteristic

protected under applicable law.

6.3 Safe Service Environment

You agree to provide a safe, hygienic, and reasonably accessible environment for quicneed employees to perform the

requested services. If the service location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable, quicneed reserves the right to refuse,

suspend, or discontinue the service without liability.

6.4 Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate information regarding the service location, requested work, access requirements,

and any conditions that may affect service delivery. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in delays,

additional charges, rescheduling, or cancellation of the booking.

6.5 Protection of Property

Customers are responsible for securing cash, jewellery, documents, fragile items, electronic devices, and other

valuables before the commencement of any service. quicneed shall not be liable for loss or damage to such items except

where required by applicable law or caused by proven negligence.

6.6 Cooperation During Service

You agree to provide reasonable cooperation to quicneed employees during service delivery, including granting necessary

access, maintaining safe conditions, and avoiding interference that could delay or prevent successful completion of the

work.

6.7 Customer Reviews and Feedback

You may submit ratings, reviews, comments, photographs, or other feedback regarding services provided through the

Platform. By submitting such content, you represent that it is truthful, lawful, does not infringe the rights of any

third party, and does not contain defamatory, abusive, misleading, obscene, or illegal material.

quicneed reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any content that violates these Terms or applicable

law.

6.8 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

quicneed may suspend or terminate your account and restrict refunds, promotions, or future bookings if it determines

that you have engaged in fraudulent activity, repeated misuse, abusive complaints, payment abuse, excessive

cancellations, or any conduct that harms the Platform or its operations.

6.10 Reporting Misconduct

If you experience inappropriate behaviour by a quicneed employee during a service, you should report the matter to

quicneed customer support as soon as reasonably possible so that appropriate action can be taken.

6.11 Off-Platform Engagement

Customers shall not encourage or arrange for quicneed employees to provide services outside the official quicneed

Platform in a manner that bypasses the Company's booking and payment systems. quicneed shall not be responsible for any

services, disputes, damages, or liabilities arising from unauthorized off-platform arrangements.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the quicneed Platform, including its software, mobile application, website,

trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, text, images, databases, source code, features, and other content (collectively,

the "Intellectual Property"), are owned by or licensed to quicneed and are protected by applicable intellectual property

laws.

7.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, quicneed grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,

non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal and lawful use. This

license does not transfer any ownership rights in the Platform or its Intellectual Property.

7.3 Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by quicneed in writing, you shall not:

If you provide quicneed with suggestions, ideas, comments, reviews, feature requests, bug reports, or other feedback

regarding the Platform or its services, you grant quicneed a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free,

transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and incorporate such feedback into

its products or services without any obligation to compensate or credit you.

7.5 No Implied Rights

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as granting you any ownership interest or license in quicneed's

Intellectual Property except for the limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. All rights not

expressly granted are reserved by quicneed.

7.6 Third-Party Content

Any third-party trademarks, logos, products, or content displayed on the Platform remain the property of their

respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or ownership by quicneed unless

expressly stated.

8. Customer Reviews and Feedback

8.1 Submission of Reviews

quicneed may allow users to submit ratings, reviews, comments, suggestions, feedback, photographs, or other content

("Customer Reviews") through the Platform after using our services. By submitting a Customer Review, you confirm that

the content reflects your genuine experience and complies with these Terms.

8.2 Honest and Lawful Content

You agree that all Customer Reviews submitted by you shall be truthful, accurate, and based on your actual experience.

You must not post false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, offensive, discriminatory, obscene, or unlawful content, or

content that infringes the rights of any third party.

8.3 License to Use Reviews

By submitting a Customer Review, you grant quicneed a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free,

transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, translate, and

otherwise utilize such content for operating, improving, promoting, and marketing the Platform and its services, as well

as for legal and compliance purposes.

8.4 Moderation Rights

quicneed reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, edit, reject, or remove any Customer Review that violates

these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards, or that we reasonably believe may be false, misleading,

offensive, or harmful.

8.5 No Obligation to Publish

Submission of a Customer Review does not guarantee that it will be displayed on the Platform. quicneed may determine, at

its sole discretion, whether and how reviews are published or presented.

8.6 Use for Quality Improvement

Customer Reviews may be analyzed by quicneed to monitor service quality, improve customer experience, train employees,

investigate complaints, and enhance operational standards.

8.7 Responsibility for Submitted Content

You remain solely responsible for the content you submit. By posting a Customer Review, you represent that you have the

necessary rights to share the content and that it does not violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights,

contractual obligations, or applicable laws.

9. Consent to Collection and Use of Data

9.1 Collection and Processing of Personal Information

By using quicneed, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect, store, process, and use your personal information in

accordance with our Privacy Policy. Such information may include your name, mobile number, address, location data,

booking details, payment-related information, device information, and other data necessary to provide and improve our

services.

9.2 Purpose of Data Use

You consent to quicneed using your information for purposes including, but not limited to:

quicneed may share your personal information with its employees, affiliates, technology partners, payment service

providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, customer support partners, and other trusted third parties

strictly on a need-to-know basis and only for purposes related to operating the Platform and delivering services, in

accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

9.4 Aggregated and Anonymized Data

quicneed may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information for analytics, research, reporting, product

development, performance monitoring, and business improvement purposes. Such information will not be used to personally

identify you.

9.5 Legal Disclosure

quicneed may disclose your information where required by applicable law, court order, government authority, law

enforcement agency, regulatory body, or other competent authority, or where such disclosure is reasonably necessary to

protect our legal rights, prevent fraud, ensure public safety, or comply with legal obligations.

9.6 Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by quicneed's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms &

Conditions. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to

the practices described therein.

10. Indemnification

10.1 User Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless quicneed, its

parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and partners from and

against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, penalties, or

reasonable legal fees arising out of or relating to:

(a) your use of or access to the quicneed Platform or its services;

(b) your breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law or regulation;

(c) any false, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by you;

(d) your negligence, misconduct, fraudulent activity, or unlawful acts;

(e) any damage, injury, or loss caused by your actions or omissions at the service location; or

(f) any unauthorized use of your account or credentials resulting from your failure to maintain their confidentiality.

10.2 Cooperation

You agree to cooperate fully with quicneed in the defense or resolution of any claim or legal proceeding covered under

this indemnification provision.

10.3 Survival

The obligations set forth in this section shall survive the termination, suspension, or expiration of your account or

your use of the Platform to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 General Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, quicneed, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and

representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive

damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, loss of goodwill,

or any other economic or non-economic loss arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or the services

provided through it.

11.2 Service-Related Liability

While quicneed makes reasonable efforts to provide high-quality and reliable services through its employees, we do not

guarantee that the Platform or any service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Delays or

interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, technical failures, or force

majeure events, shall not give rise to liability.

11.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, quicneed's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating

to a specific booking or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that booking.

11.4 No Liability for Certain Losses

quicneed shall not be liable for losses resulting from:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable

law. Any limitation of liability contained in this section shall be enforced only to the extent permitted by law.

11.6 Property Protection Program

quicneed may, at its sole discretion, offer eligible Customers protection coverage of up to ₹10,000 in respect of certain claims relating to damage claimed to have arisen directly from the performance of Services.

Any claim under the Property Protection Program must be reported to quicneed within twenty-four (24) hours of completion of the relevant Service unless otherwise approved by quicneed in writing.

Customers shall provide all information, photographs, videos, documents, access, and other assistance reasonably requested by quicneed for the purpose of investigating, evaluating, and resolving a claim.

Any protection offered under this Program shall be subject to verification, investigation, eligibility requirements, claim procedures, supporting evidence, exclusions, limitations, and other conditions determined by quicneed from time to time.

Protection coverage shall not constitute an admission of fault, negligence, liability, or responsibility by quicneed and may be denied where a claim is unsupported, fraudulent, speculative, excluded, reported outside the prescribed reporting period, or otherwise determined by quicneed to be ineligible under the applicable protection requirements.

The maximum amount payable under any approved claim shall not exceed ₹10,000, irrespective of the number of items involved, legal theories asserted, or losses claimed.

12. Disclaimers and Warranties

12.1 Services Provided "As Is"

The quicneed Platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to applicable law.

While quicneed strives to provide reliable and high-quality services, we make no express or implied warranties regarding

uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every particular purpose.

12.2 No Guarantee of Specific Results

quicneed does not guarantee that any service will produce a particular outcome or meet every customer's personal

expectations. Results may vary depending on the nature of the service, site conditions, customer instructions, and other

factors beyond our reasonable control.

12.3 Service Availability

quicneed does not warrant that all services, features, or booking slots will always be available in every location or at

every requested time. Service availability may change due to operational requirements, employee availability, weather

conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12.4 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, maintaining a safe service environment, and

cooperating with quicneed employees during service delivery. quicneed shall not be responsible for delays or issues

arising from incorrect information, restricted access, unsafe conditions, or customer actions.

12.5 Third-Party Services

Certain features of the Platform, including payment processing, maps, notifications, or communication tools, may rely on

third-party service providers. quicneed does not warrant the uninterrupted availability or performance of such

third-party systems and shall not be responsible for failures beyond its reasonable control.

12.6 Technical Issues

quicneed does not guarantee that the Platform will always operate without interruptions, delays, bugs, security

incidents, or technical errors. Periodic maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages may temporarily affect access to

the Platform or its services.

12.7 Promotional Content and Estimates

Any descriptions, images, estimated completion times, pricing illustrations, or promotional materials displayed on the

payment gateways, mapping services, communication tools, analytics providers, or other technologies ("Third-Party

Services") to enhance the user experience and facilitate service delivery.

13.2 Independent Providers

Third-Party Services are operated and controlled by their respective providers and are not owned or managed by quicneed

unless expressly stated. Your use of such services may be subject to the separate terms, conditions, and privacy

policies of those third parties.

13.3 No Responsibility for Third Parties

quicneed does not guarantee the availability, security, accuracy, reliability, or performance of any Third-Party

Services and shall not be responsible for any interruption, error, loss, damage, or dispute arising from your use of or

reliance on such services.

13.4 Payment and External Platforms

Payments made through third-party payment processors and interactions with external platforms are subject to the

policies and procedures of those providers. quicneed is not responsible for delays, technical failures, processing

errors, or other issues caused by third-party systems beyond its reasonable control.

13.5 Third-Party Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, content, and intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the exclusive

property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or license rights in such

third-party intellectual property except as permitted by the applicable provider.

quicneed does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, products, services, or practices of any external

website or organization.

14. Term and Termination

14.1 Duration

These Terms & Conditions shall remain in effect for as long as you access or use the quicneed Platform or maintain an

account with quicneed, unless terminated in accordance with this section.

14.2 Suspension or Termination by quicneed

quicneed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or permanently terminate your account or access to the

Platform, with or without prior notice where permitted by law, if:

Users may request deletion of their account at any time through the Platform or by contacting quicneed through the contact details provided in these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

quicneed shall use reasonable efforts to process such requests within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable law and operational requirements. Upon successful processing of a deletion request, quicneed shall permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise the User's personal data that is no longer required for the provision of Services, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, accounting, taxation, or other legitimate business purposes permitted under applicable law.

Following account deletion, the User shall lose access to the Platform, account information, booking history, preferences, rewards, and other account-related features associated with the deleted account.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, quicneed may retain certain information, records, communications, transaction data, invoices, payment records, dispute records, and other information where required or permitted by applicable law, for legitimate business purposes, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, taxation, accounting, regulatory compliance, enforcement of legal rights, or compliance with governmental or judicial directions.

The deletion of an account shall not affect any rights, obligations, liabilities, claims, investigations, or proceedings arising prior to the effective date of such deletion.

14.5 Temporary Suspension

quicneed may temporarily suspend access to the Platform or specific services while investigating suspected violations of

these Terms, customer complaints, payment disputes, security incidents, fraud, or other legal or operational matters.

14.6 Survival

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination, including but not limited to

provisions relating to intellectual property, payments, indemnification, limitation of liability, disclaimers, dispute

resolution, governing law, privacy obligations, and other accrued rights or obligations, shall remain in full force and

effect after termination.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its

conflict of law principles.

15.2 Jurisdiction

Subject to Clause 15.3 below, the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of quicneed shall have exclusive

jurisdiction to hear and decide any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or

your use of the Platform.

15.3 Amicable Resolution and Arbitration

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform,

the parties shall first make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through such discussions within a reasonable period, it may be referred to arbitration

in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law. The seat and venue

of arbitration shall be the city where quicneed's registered office is located, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the

parties. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language, and the arbitral award shall be final

and binding on both parties.

15.4 Costs

Unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator or required by applicable law, each party shall bear its own legal fees and

expenses incurred in connection with any dispute resolution proceedings.

15.5 Injunctive Relief

Nothing in this section shall prevent quicneed from seeking interim, injunctive, or equitable relief from any court of

competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information,

business interests, or other legal rights.

If you have any questions, concerns, complaints, or issues relating to bookings, payments, refunds, or services provided

through quicneed, you may contact our customer support team through the support options available within the Platform or

by using the official contact details published by quicneed.

quicneed will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and resolve customer grievances within a reasonable timeframe and

in accordance with applicable laws.

16.2 Escalation of Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the initial response provided by our customer support team, you may escalate the matter to

quicneed's designated Grievance Officer by referring to your complaint or support ticket number.

effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform after such

changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17.3 Changes to the Platform and Services

quicneed may introduce new features, modify existing services, suspend certain functionalities, or discontinue parts of

the Platform at its discretion. Such changes may be made to improve user experience, comply with legal requirements, or

meet business needs.

17.4 Relationship Between the Parties

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or

fiduciary relationship between quicneed and any user of the Platform. Your use of the Platform does not create any

employment relationship with quicneed.

in-app notifications, WhatsApp, or other contact information associated with the user's account.

17.8 No Third-Party Rights

Except where expressly provided by applicable law or these Terms, no person or entity that is not a party to these Terms

shall have any right to enforce any provision contained herein.

17.9 Waiver

Any failure or delay by quicneed in exercising or enforcing any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a

waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall any partial exercise prevent any future exercise of the same or any other

right.

17.10 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with quicneed's Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and any other

policies or guidelines published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and quicneed regarding

your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

17.11 Force Majeure

quicneed shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations where such delay or failure results

from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fires,

pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, power failures, internet or

telecommunications outages, technical failures, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

17.12 Survival

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination, including provisions relating to

payments, intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, disclaimers, dispute resolution, governing

law, privacy, and data usage, shall continue to remain in effect after termination or expiration of these Terms.
